Hey, my name is Matt and I started Matt Buys Indiana Houses 7 years ago to help homeowners like yourself who had a property to sell. We have purchased over 300 houses and helped many people with difficult situations. My wife Jazmin and I grew up right here in Goshen. We have a young daughter Laelyn who loves to swim and go on bike rides! We are active with the local Teen Challenge, and Jobs for Life.

Hi my name is Rob Kolean.

I’ve been investing in real estate for 10 years in the michiana area. It is my passion and I enjoy doing it. I live in the Michiana area and am married with two daughters. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and golfing. We are also part of a local food pantry that I am fortunate enough to volunteer at.

My name is Shay Chesser, and I am an Operations Coordinator for Matt Buys Indiana Houses. My fiancé and I moved from Phoenix, Arizona, to Indiana, ready for our new adventure!

At home, we share our lives with four beloved pets, who add endless joy and excitement to our daily routines. Beyond my professional life, I’m an avid reader and have many creative hobbies. I love to spend time outdoors, especially hiking and being near water.

Being a mom is my greatest joy in the world. In my lack of spare time I love to sew and read. I’m a proud member of First Baptist Church of Elkhart.
